Yes — Arbor is our primary, most actively developed integration. It has recently been upgraded to meet Arbor's latest security requirements, and now extracts data dramatically faster than before.
No. The extraction engine has been rebuilt and is no longer rate-limited, even for large schools and multi-academy trusts.
Yes, SIMS is fully supported and continues to be maintained — Arbor is simply our primary focus as more schools migrate across to it.

Licences are perpetual, and priced per organisation based on staff/student or employee count — not per device. Edition upgrades retain all your existing settings, templates and configuration. See pricing for details.
This is usually caused by how the ActivMan server connection account is configured. Make sure the username is entered in the format username@mydomain.local, rather than as a plain SAM account name.
