How to extract data from your MIS to send to us
If ActivMan is unable to extract certain users or data from your MIS, we may need to review the underlying MIS data to identify the cause. In some cases, unexpected or inconsistent MIS entries can prevent ActivMan from processing records correctly. The steps below explain how to extract the required data securely so our team can analyse the issue and provide a resolution.
Steps:
- Download the MIS Extractor application from our Downloads page.
- Run the MIS Extractor application.
- Follow the on-screen wizard to complete the extraction.
- Send the resulting file(s) to us by email or via a suitable transfer method (e.g. WeTransfer) as the files may be large.
NOTES
- Unless instructed otherwise, select "Extract minimal Data"
- To comply with GDPR, select the "Replace personal data" anonymise sensitive information
